Oh, Charlie....I'm dying here. I especially loved "she's not out of breath...she says she is, but she's not..." That is totally how I feel EVERY single time I do a workout video and watch the ladies on there smiling as I'm huffing and puffing. :)

Working out just makes you hot in a nasty sweaty way. I ususally turn on my ceiling fan and then when I'm done I lay on the floor under it with as little clothing as my neighbors are comfortable with.
